Heard of 'pre-hab?' Pre-hab is when you get your body strong, healthy and fit in order to keep your muscular system in balance to hopefully prevent injuries from cropping up. We have a routine geared toward shoulder health and one geared toward knee health below. Video of each exercise is presented.
